Exhibitor Registration Form for 2025 is HERE - Please return the completed registration to our office by mail or email, with payment for any (up to 2 for each weekend) additional wristbands at $10 each.

NOTICE: Exhibitors do not need to mail a self addressed envelope with your registration. We will NOT be mailing out wristbands. ALL exhibitor wristbands and trailer or parking tags will be available to pick up at the Registrations Trailer in the front parking lot before the show and first day of show.

For the 2025 Show:

This year we will be featuring Logging Equipment and Engines of the Pacific Northwest. Please make sure to fill out the registration form completely so we can properly recognize all Logging and West Coast Engine Equipment.

The second weekend of this year’s show will again feature Armed Service Member Appreciation for members of the Military and National Guard. Current and prior service members will be admitted for free on August 2nd & 3rd, 2025 if they show their Military I.D. card. The family members will be required to pay admission. The second weekend will also again feature a display by members of the Military Vehicle Collectors Club of Oregon.

The Youth Passport Program has proven to be very successful over the years and will be featured again this year. The prizes for this competition are varied and awarded on the four days of show.

If you are bringing equipment in on before the show, and have not pre-registered please do so at the Registration Trailer in the front parking lot and pick up your exhibitor passes to the showground. Other visitors to the grounds on those Fridays will be charged the normal $6 admission to Powerland Heritage Park. If you are bringing equipment in on either Saturday please arrive and have your exhibit / tractor manned and operational by 9:00 am, (The National Anthem is sung @ 9 am, quiet please at this time) and have your vehicle off the show grounds and parked in the designated exhibitor parking area. As a reminder, public entry is from 7 am to 6 pm each day.


Registration and Safety

If you are also camping, please fill out and return your Exhibitor Registration for 2025 at the same time as your Camping Registration [Camping Form Available Online April 1, 2025] so that you get the appropriate parking tags and wristbands.

Safety is our number one priority at The Great Oregon Steam-Up. All tractor drivers and golf cart/side by side/four wheeler drivers will be required to Register their Vehicles, review the Safety Guidelines, and ATTEND a Safety Orientation meeting. These will be held by the different tractor club groups at convenient times prior to show as well as early each Saturday morning. Please participate in any one of these meetings and get a Safety ribbon to be worn when driving equipment on the grounds. If you are not displaying a Safety ribbon you will be escorted to a place where you can obtain your Safety Ribbon. Details of times and locations of the Safety meetings are given below and also will be available at the Dezotell Building and in your registration packets.

Safety Orientation Meetings are held:

  • Friday, July 25, 2025 at

    • 5pm at Branch 15 Garden Tractor Display Area

    • 7pm at Steam Fiends Display Area

  • Saturday, July 26, 2025 at

    • 9:30am at OVMM (John Deere) Display Area

    • 10am at Caterpillar Museum

    • 11am at the ACMOC Display Area 

  • Other dates: You can inquire at the APMA Office.

If you are bringing a golf cart, ATV, four wheeler, etc. you will need to fill out a Vehicle Registration Form and review the Safety Guidelines and attend a Safety Briefing to receive a Safety Ribbon (to be worn at ALL times while operating a golf cart, ATV, four wheeler, or tractor).
